Return Policy
Did you order a size that is too big or too small? We currently offer refunds of the product price (less shipping or discounts) for orders $30 or less without return if you have placed a new order of equal or greater value at DavsonSales.com within 30 days. The refund would be the LOWER of the item cost on the original order, less and discounts used, or the new order subtotal after any discounts applied. Shipping would not be refunded. Just email us the new order number (from DavsonSales.com only) along with your original order number. Email: serviceATdavsonsales.com (replace the @ sign)
You may then keep, gift or donate the item instead of returning it to us. (Note, refunds without return are limited on an account/address basis to help prevent abuse of the policy).
Personalized or Custom Items: Are not returnable or exchangeable.
FACE COVERS/FACE MASKS ARE NON RETURNABLE - ALWAYS
CUSTOM PRINTED BULK OR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS are not returnable or exchangeable.
CANCELLATIONS:
Regular orders, under $200 in value that have NOT been printed (custom items) or shipped are not subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders or orders over $200 that have not yet been shipped or the custom print items printed shall be subject to a cancellation fee up to 10% of the order total to cover processing fees. Custom orders that have been customized (whether shipped or not) are not returnable and cannot be cancelled, the refund would be less a 75% fee as the items could not be resold. Call us for clarification if needed.
