Return Policy

Did you order a size that is too big or too small? You may email us for a return authorization (see exceptions below, personalized/custom items are not returnable). Returns are offered for 30 days from the order date. Shipping/handling is not included.

Underwear, Personalized or Custom Items: Are not returnable or exchangeable.

FACE COVERS/FACE MASKS ARE NON RETURNABLE - ALWAYS
CUSTOM PRINTED BULK OR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS  are not returnable or exchangeable.

CANCELLATIONS:
Regular orders are routed upon order confirmation and are not cancelled. They are automatically sent to processing and cannot be changed or cancelled, you may request it immediately but orders are processed before emails.

Custom orders that have been customized (whether shipped or not) are not returnable and cannot be cancelled, they are not refundable. Contact us for clarification in advance of placing any order if needed.
