Return Policy
Did you order a size that is too big or too small? We currently offer returns within 30 days of the original order, Customized items are NOT Returnable or exchangeable (no exceptions). Shipping would not be refunded.

Underwear, Personalized or Custom Items: Are not returnable or exchangeable.
CUSTOM PRINTED BULK ORDERS  are not returnable or exchangeable.

CANCELLATIONS:
Regular orders, under $200 in value that have NOT been printed (custom items) or shipped are not subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders or orders over $200 that have not yet been shipped or the custom print items printed shall be subject to a cancellation fee up to 70% of the order total to cover processing fees and production costs (items are often made or printed when you ordered them). Custom orders that have been customized (whether shipped or not) are not returnable and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
