Shipping policy

We ship from Phoenix, AZ, USA and other areas in the USA with our production partners.

We ship worldwide (practically), select your country upon checkout.

Shipping methods*:

Christmas Cutoff: For delivery by 12/24, the order cutoff date is 12/9 in the USA due to production and delivery carrier expectations for the busy season. Other countries not guaranteed but should be ordered by 11/20

Standard Shipping*: non-holiday season, allow 3-8 business days for order preparation/printing as most of our items are made or printed to order, then 4-7 mailing days for delivery in the USA (9-14 business days total in the USA) 

Expedited Shipping*: allow 3-8 business days for order preparation/printing as most of our items are made or printed to order, Then add 3-4 business/mailing days for delivery. 

CANADA: allow 3-8 business days for printing, then 14-28 days for delivery.

Other countries: allow 3-8 business days for printing, then 10-28 days for delivery.

 

*Once orders are entered online (an order number is created) the order may not be cancelled or changed. They are routed automatically and printed just for you and can't be changed or cancelled. Subject to availability and season, peak seasons, including Christmas Season, may delay shipping of Standard orders by additional days.
